A key US Navy third-party provider where working in a joint effort with representatives from Northrop Grumman, Honeywell and AT&T to design and launch the Navy’s CNIC Public Safety Network, I:  Oversaw and provided guidance to the development team creating web applications managing US Navy assets across it worldwide network of bases and managing IP addresses and support tickets.  Collaborated with the chief architect and client teams to ensure deliverables adhered to DoD standards prior to launch.  Led a team to create and configure a virtual test and development environment using a range of tools including VMware virtualization technologies, Windows Server 2008, Rs and Active directory.  Served as liaison, streamlining communications between the Systems Administration and IA teams; addressing systems and applications’ security vulnerabilities; elevating the overall risk posture.  Shared updates and recommendations on systems’ weaknesses and patching using VMware vCenter Configuration Manager.
